TECHWAL was established in 1994 as a private company dealing in manufacturing of plastic product with the use of the injection moulding method. After two years in 1996 the company expanded its activity and opened a tool-room department.
Apart from the production of injection moulds and plastic products, TECHWAL also deals in assembling of the produced elements. TECHWAL successfully implemented
ISO 9001:2000 assurance system followed.
Nearly 100% of the company's production is for global concerns with branches in Poland or directly for export. The company specializes in production and assembly of precise products made from plastics row material such as PA, PBT, PC, ABS, PP, ASA, TPE. The main recipients of our products include the automotive, lighting and electrotechnical industry. We have at our disposal a modern stock of machines, both in the tool room - CNC machines, and in the injection room the injection moulding machine ENGEL, Battenfeld.
TECHWAL produces injection moulds weighing up to 2 tons and having the maximum dimensions of 1000x900 mm. The tool room is equipped with modern CNC machines and has an experienced staff or toolmakers, which guarantees the highest quality of the produced moulds.
